In these hot months is good keep cool the cellar, taking care of close it on sultry nights, maybe burning some sulfur candles. Light wine is less stable so, with the excessive hot, it may deteriorate: is recommended to check the wine. In sight of the next harvest, clean and check the state of the tools. Around mid-August wine restarts to ferment so, is appropriate to stop bottling.
